So, I've been hiding in an underground bunker for the last year a la Brendan Fraser and to a much lesser extent, Hitler. Apparently I took the this whole "end of the world Mayan prophecy in 2012" thing a bit too seriously. Also, to be fair, I was hoping to give the whole London Olympics a miss as well as I'm sure it's going to be a f@£$ing nightmare! Unfortunately, I ran out of fags and beer and had to resurface to scavenge for supplies but it turns out everything is fine...well relatively I suppose. I don't think Greece and Spain would agree...

Anyway, back to the chips! Review coming soon! South London!

Hi Inter-weeb and fellow foodie geeks!

The world loves it's chips, or french fries, or even freedom fries if you're a right wing nut-case...but I digress! We at Chipsters have decided to do the world a favour, you're welcome world, and by world, I mostly mean London. We are going to sample chips, good and bad, fresh and frozen, thick and thin, naughty and nice. We will then review said chips and post our results on this blog you are now reading, avec pictures and so on.

You may be asking yourselves, "Who are these people?" and,
"What makes them such experts on chips?"
Both are good questions and the answers are thus, shut up and mind your own business and we are bloody chip connoisseurs, that's all!

So strap in, take your ALLI or LIPITOR medication if necessary and great ready for the Magical "Chips"troy Tour! See what I did there? No good? Shut the F@*k up!
